In Vancouver attempting to acclimate to the time zone before the BCBR and here I type at 5:30 am on day two, already showered and breakfasted for the day.....guess I’ve still got some acclimating to do!

I had a fabulous early morning ride yesterday with my host who was off to work. We rode together for a while and then I found a lovely residential street with ginormous azaleas and rhododendrons to do my hill repeats on, complete with a scenic view when I reached the top of the hill.

After the workout for the day was done it was time to get down to the business of eating: French for breakfast, Italian for lunch and Japanese for dinner!

Of course, we also went sightseeing and shopping!!

I’m loving Vancouver.

Don't cha just love Canada! You can eat in a different country every meal. And yes, Vancouver is lovely (when it stops raining).

I was thinking about you last night while riding in the Don with the Betty's. It rained in the afternoon so the trails were a little muddy, but a great time was had by all... as per usual :)

So I'll presume the reason you haven't blogged since Sunday is because there's little or no access to technology at the end of the day. I just know you are doing well.

I'm looking forward to pictures and stories when you get back.
